How the application process works

  1. You send us your motivation and resume.
  2. We'll set up at least two interviews to get to know each other. The first for first impressions. The second for questions that arise after giving each other some thought.
  3. We'll give you a small programming assignment that you should be able to complete in a day or two.
  4. We'll meet to discuss how you completed the assignment. We are mostly interested in how you approached the problem and why. The final result is less important.
  5. We'll pay you EUR 200,- for completing the assignment. Regardless of whether we hire you or not. We don't want to waste your time.
  6. If at this point we're happy with each other, you're part of the team :)
