Pragmatist B.V. operates pragmatist.nl and is the controller for personal data processed through this site. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data we process and why
- Enquiries: If you email us, we process the contact details and information you provide so that we can respond. We rely on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries or, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Call bookings: If you use the booking tool, we process the contact details, time-zone information and booking details you provide so that we can arrange the call. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in arranging business conversations.
- Website analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers, device information and approximate location. Plausible does not set analytics cookies or retain full IP addresses. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.
Service providers
- The booking tool is provided by Cal.com, Inc. through its EU-hosted service at app.cal.eu. Cal.com processes booking and technical data on our behalf when the tool loads and when you make a booking. See the Cal.com privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We use appropriate data-processing terms and safeguards where required. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry and booking data only for as long as needed to respond, work with you and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained only for statistical purposes. We delete or anonymise personal data when we no longer need it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and the conditions in the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Ask us to erase or restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or another competent supervisory authority.
